The performance of a fire-rated system depends not only on the boards and ducts themselves, but also on the quality of the accessories used for assembly, jointing and finishing. EXTHA offers a complete range of accessories and consumables specifically designed to work in synergy with EXTHAMAT boards and to guarantee installation compliance with fire test certificates.

Every accessory in the EXTHA range has been tested as part of the fire resistance testing of our systems. Using untested third-party products can compromise the validity of the fire-rated certification of the entire installation.

EXTHAFIX adhesive

EXTHAFIX is the reference bonding product for EXTHAMAT boards. Specially formulated for fire-rated applications, it ensures rapid and durable bonding between boards and onto concrete, metal and masonry substrates.

• Fast set — sufficient working time for positioning, initial set within a few minutes
• Fire resistance — adhesion maintained under high temperature, tested under EN 1366 conditions
• Easy application — paste consistency applied by spatula or gun
• Packaging — available in cartridges and buckets to suit all project volumes

EXTHABAG fire-rated plaster

EXTHA plasters and compounds are used for jointing EXTHAMAT boards, filling penetrations and finishing staff ducts. Their formulation guarantees continuity of fire protection at joints and singular points.

• EXTHABAG jointing plaster — for treating joints between EXTHAMAT boards, applicable by trowel or spray machine
• Finishing compound — for visible surface treatment, providing a smooth and uniform appearance
• Filling compound — for sealing penetrations, grooves and singular points

Fire-rated cable channels

EXTHA fire-rated cable channels are U-section profiles used for the linear protection of cable trays, pipework and conduits passing through fire-rated walls and floors. Made from reinforced plaster, they offer certified fire resistance and integrate seamlessly with EXTHA staff duct systems.

• Multiple sizes available to suit different cable and pipe sections
• Fire resistance EI 60 to EI 120 depending on configuration
• Simple installation by bonding and screwing
• Compatible with EXTHAMAT boards and EXTHAFIX adhesive

Fire-rated pipe shell

The EXTHA fire-rated pipe shell is used for the protection of pipework and conduits passing through fire-rated walls. Made from reinforced plaster, it wraps around the pipe to ensure continuity of fire resistance at penetrations.

• Suitable for pipes of various diameters
• Simple installation by wrapping and bonding with EXTHAFIX
• Compatible with EXTHAMAT duct systems and encasement applications
